Rotation projects are currently available in the study of RNA transport and localization. 

Projects include:

  • Isolation and cloning of RNA binding proteins in yeast and vertebrate cells
  • Isolation of RNA localization mutants in yeast
  • Development of new imaging algorithms and protocols for RNA detection
  • Localization of mRNAs for actin binding proteins
  • RNA movement in living cells
