(A) Antiserum to PRP1 with high-speed supernatant fraction (100000g) from Paramecium (Para), lysate of isolated T. gondii tachyzoites (Tx) and recombinant GST-PRP1 (rPRP1).

(B) I-2 antibody with the same samples as shown in (A).

(C) Same as (B) after being competed with 0.2 mM I-2 PFUS peptide under identical exposure time and conditions.
