Fig 8.  The quantitative analysis of co-localization obtained from three separate experiments confirms the qualitative observations, made in Figs. 6 and 7, that PRP1 is principally localized to the micronemes.  Some minor co-localization is indicated between PRP1 and dense granules.

Separation of micronemes and rhoptries is demonstrated by the lack of co-localization between antibodies to their respective contents.  The standard deviations are indicated by the bars.
