Figure 9. Decreased neurite length after overexpression of SMNΔEx7 was rescued by fusion of GAP-43 targeting sequence. The average length of the measured neurites is indicated in the histogram. Transfection of the SMNΔEx7 showed a 25% decrease in neurite length in comparison with full-length SMN.
