The first three frames are a repeated frame before photoactivation. The transcription site was photoactivated using a 405 nm laser and the RNA signal at the transcription site and the nucleoplasm was followed. The nuclear envelope is marked in red using an image of full activation of the cell after the acquisition of the movie.
